Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, or using HAXIOM EDGE (the “Service”) in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. This applies whether or not you create an account and whether or not you read them. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and HAXIOM EDGE and supersede any prior understanding. If you do not agree to every part of them, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports analytics content and placing wagers is lawful.
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by a gaming regulator.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is legal where you live. Laws differ by country, state and province, and they change. We do not provide legal advice about your jurisdiction.

3. What the Service is — and is not

HAXIOM EDGE is an information and analytics service. We publish statistical analysis and editorial opinion about sports and betting markets. Our output takes the form of signals: opinions, derived from statistical modelling, about where our estimated fair price differs from a price a sportsbook is publicly offering.

Signals are opinions, not statements of fact about future events, and not instructions. They are published for information and education. What you do with that information is entirely your decision.

The Service is expressly not, and must not be treated as, any of the following:

• A sportsbook, betting exchange, casino, or gambling operator. We accept no wagers, offer no odds of our own, hold no customer funds, and process no gambling transactions of any kind.
• Affiliated with any sportsbook or operator. Prices we display are observed from public markets. We have no relationship with, and no control over, the operators who set them.
• Financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind. We are not licensed or registered as an adviser in any jurisdiction, and no content on the Service should be relied on as advice.
• A recommendation, solicitation, or inducement to place any particular wager, to gamble at all, or to use any operator.
• A prediction service or tipster service. We do not claim to know results.
• A guarantee, warranty, or assurance of any outcome, return, or financial result.

No content on the Service creates any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and HAXIOM EDGE. If you need advice about your financial circumstances, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately via the contact form if you believe your account has been compromised. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current rate.

• Renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing only; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no refund is due for that period or any part of it.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused access, and periods following cancellation. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any reason, including dissatisfaction with signal results.
• Immediate access; waiver of withdrawal. Access to the Service begins as soon as payment is taken. By subscribing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation period once access has been provided.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, access may be suspended immediately and the membership cancelled without notice.
• Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before it affects your renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, republish, resell, or redistribute signals or any other content from the Service.
• Share your account or make paid content available to non-subscribers.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to access, or probe or test the security of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer the model or attempt to derive its underlying methodology.
• Use the Service to violate any law or any sportsbook’s terms.
• Interfere with or place unreasonable load on the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all signals, analytics, models, text, design, and the HAXIOM EDGE name and marks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own use. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Data feeds we rely on may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and odds shown may not match what a sportsbook currently offers.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL, ESTIMATE, OR PROJECTION WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAXIOM EDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You alone decide whether to place a wager, how much to stake, and with which operator. You bear the entire risk of those decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAXIOM EDGE from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 3, 7, and 9 through 13 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
